This workshop follows the half-day introductory course which teaches about purification practices. In this practice, we follow guided prayers, meditate and make physical prostrations to the 35 Confession Buddhas. We ask the Buddhas to witness our confession and dedication of merit. This is one of the most powerful Buddhist methods for purifying our mind of all negativity. Must pre-book here.
