Toronto General Hospital's Multi-Organ Transplant Student Research Training Program (MOTSRTP) is hosting an educational seminar on the theme: 'University Preparatory Seminar - Exposing students to research and healthcare based programs'. This seminar will be led by senior MOTSRTP trainees from a variety of Universities, featuring presentations on a number of competitive Ontario universities and a special feature on Canadian/US Universities and early entry MD programs. Research opportunities geared towards senior high schools and 1st year universities will also be covered with a special focus on opportunities in Transplantation Medicine and Organ Donation Awareness. In addition, students will have the opportunity to ask relevant questions related to program applications, selection, course workload, strategic planning for future graduate/professional studies, and more. The seminar is geared towards grade 11 and 12 students, however students are encouraged to bring friends, colleagues, and family members along. Please indicate how many people will be attending when you register. Refreshments and dinner will be provided.
