      From Burnout to Balance - 3 -month Lifestyle Program

      Are you in a vicious cycle of burnout?             Are you taking care of everyone else and consistently leaving yourself                                                out of the equation? In this 12-week program, we will be addressing burnout both physically, with hands-on bodywork, and with coaching sessions to guide you gently and expertly through a lifestyle transformation. The Program The program consists of 6-hands on body work sessions and 6-group coaching sessions, alternating every two weeks for 12 weeks.  Bonus private Facebook Group for support during the transformation.  Meditation and mindfulness used throughout coaching and hand-on sessions. For those paying in full, receive three complemetary massage therapy sessions as a continuum to your self care journey! Why is this program perfect for the process? It's perfect be cause it address the mind + body changes in a very holistic way.  We know when changes occur in the body, changes occur in the mind and vice versa.  This is why the program was creted to support the deep and positive change in your life. Why Me? I am perfectly positioned to help you because like you, I have had my bouts of burnout, and extreme fatigue. My bed was my best friend.  As a single parent responsible for all aspects of running a household and taking care of a family, finaces etc., I was completely burnt every night, no energy to engage with my girls, barely making it through bedtime stories.  Massaging late nights left me feeling drowsy going home.  With so much needing to be done in my home and business and no energy to do it, I knew I had to make some changes. I invested in myself, first by making minor changes in my nutrition to improve my energy levels followed by supplementation to support ansd rebuild my body.  Next, I needed to tackle habits that were preventing me from moving ahead with projects and business ventures with more speed, but coaching was necessary to get me going and to stay on track so that my new habits would stick.  The last and final step was to make a commitment to myself to take care of myself, which meant more regular massage and bodywork, regular exercise and rest rest rest - sitting, lying down and doing nothing-kind-of-rest.  A house fire in the late fall of 2017 turned my life upside down.  The experience pushed me very violently in the direction to ensure that all the new habits I started kept going to keep my mind and body stable and functioning at my best levels, as humanly possible.  Being without a home for half a year, living between my mother and ex-husbands house, feeling displaced, still having to run a business was extremely stressful.  It forced me to include more support (which I was greatly lacking). Things like meditation, walks in nature, asking for help and weekly rewards for myself for a job well done! My wish for you is to mitigate, as much as possible, disaster and catastrophe in your life by listening to your inner self and your body for those gentle nudges that are directing you to make changes.  In the case of this Burnout to Balance program, I will guide and working with you so that your body functions at its most optimal state.  Since 1997, I have done more 14.000++ massage treatments as a Registered Massage Therapists to help my clients becaome more vibrant, help with body rebuilding and integration and optimizing their helath and wellbeing physicaly, mentally and spiritually. I assist them to resolve their pain, decrease stress levels and burnout with experienced hands, soothing massage enviroment and with a grounded and caring personality. She wants for you, a life with more consciousness, presence and awareness.  Realizing that we are all creators in our life, her hope is for you to live a life on purpose instead of by default, by not letting the outside world dictate how we live our lives. Ayanna enjoys, travelling both local and afar, meeting and connecting with new people and learning about different cultures.  She also works to become a more conscious person, having more fun and taking good care of herself physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.  In her spare time she dreams about creating her dream home in the tropics, enjoys time in her garden nuturing her veggies and botanicals, and loves learning about home and lanscape design and the effects that it has on our personal energy.
