Join us on March 25th for "The Ultimate Beer Tasting"!
Discover the beers of Belgium, Germany and Austria with beer knight Guy McClelland. We will be sampling a total of eight beers some of which will be paired with the following delectable mini-courses:
Beet salad with orange goat cheese & Belgian endives with Fruli and Radler dressing
Belgian poutine with Delirium Tremens, miso gravy and cheese curds
Beer braised beef short ribs in Affligem abbey ale
Smoked German sausage in Erdinger Dunkel, Falian ham & braised green onion & German mustered
