      Morning Course Saturday June 16th 9:30am-1pm

      Meditation is a practical way to calm our mind, create some inner clarity and experience inner peace- the cause of happiness.


      A morning at Kadampa Meditation Centre Canada is an opportunity to:

      • rest and reflect in an inspirting environment;
      • learn about meditation and experience its many benefits;
      • discover how to apply ancient wisdom  in modern times.

      Gen Kelsang Chogyan is the Resident Teacher of KMCC.  She explains Buddha's Teachings in a way that is easy to understand and put into practice.  She is loved for her gentle, joyful approach and her sincere example.
